Description
- Provide full administrative support to the team, including meeting coordination and document management.
- Manage correspondence, screening and directing as necessary.
- Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the team and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks.
