Hybrid working with 2 days per week in Redditch.
Duties :
- Being the go-to person for processing last-minute parts orders.
- Ensuring that every order is processed with the highest attention of detail.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve the buying targets and maintain the highest standards of compliance.
- Managing emails and phone calls
- Keeping the garages make the best purchasing decision
The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive attitude and a proactive, "can-do" spiritQ
- The ability to take initiative and work independently, making things happen without waiting for instructions.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a knack for identifying and meeting customer needs effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across different departments.
