About Us

Our client's Transformation team is at the heart of delivering impactful projects across their global firm. The team collaborates with all business services departments, offices, and legal teams, ensuring that projects align with the firm's strategic goals. From initial discovery to benefits realisation, the team offers their expertise and experience to both the firm's staff and clients. Based in London, Chelmsford, and Manchester, the team comprises project managers, business analysts, and a PMO function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and enhance existing systems and pipelines.
  • Develop and deploy efficient and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure.
  • Integrate and consolidate data from various source systems.
  • Deliver automated, reliable, and secure services.
  • Recommend strategies to improve data efficiency and quality.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Structure and cleanse data to meet the firm's standards.
  • Develop, test, and maintain data models and pipelines from different data sources in Azure to meet business stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide support on the design of the firm's data infrastructure as needed.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis upon request.
  • Create and provide appropriate automated metadata for data solutions.
  • Implement automated measures and alerts for data quality and availability.
  • Continuously improve data processes and data quality.
  • Perform root cause analysis on any data issues that arise.
  • Identify opportunities and risks in data handling.
  • Collaborate with other data team members on data initiatives.
  • Document work according to required standards.
  • Work with a range of managers and employees to support the implementation of change.
