We are currently seeking a People Services Administrator with a focus on payroll to join a leading provider of social housing in the UK. This role provides comprehensive support across all areas of the employee lifecycle and is ideal for someone who is ready to start immediately.

Day to day of the role:

  • Offer first-line advice and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Enhance self-service capabilities by regularly coaching and guiding on policies, processes, and systems.
  • Perform administrative and transactional support tasks across the employee lifecycle, maintaining service level agreements and performance standards.
  • Build collaborative relationships, providing a seamless ‘customer first' delivery approach.
  • Maintain People Services collateral, ensuring alignment with the People Strategy and business needs.
  • Uphold data integrity standards and compliance with regulatory and statutory legislation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of People Services processes, systems, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in transactional HR support with a focus on payroll within a diverse and unionised organisation.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to quickly understand and meet colleague needs.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft packages.
