Office Co-Ordinator

Working for a reputable and prestigious Law company in the heart of the City, a great position has arisen for an Office Co-Ordinator / post room operative to become part of an integral and professional workforce.

This could suit a 2nd / 3rd jobber and someone that wants to potentially progress their career after learning their trade starting at the bottom and developing.

This a full time Monday to Friday Office based job.

Key skills and duties required:

  • Monitoring the post and sorting
  • Scanning letters to relevant lawyers
  • Saving documents onto the relevant computer drives
  • Liasing with Lawyers and other key member of the business about important documentation
  • Taking control and updating compliance
  • Assisting with operations
  • Booking meeting rooms and organising relevant rotas
  • Dealing with key office related duties to aid the business

This is a very busy office related role where you will need to be organised, have strong attention to detail and be extremely motivated. You will get the relevant training but once taught, you will need to be a self starter and think on your own two feet. This is a fantastic role for someone that has an interest in Law and wants to start a career.
