Reed Business Support are currently seeking an Office Manager for a three-week placement with one of our clients, starting as soon as possible. This role is ideal for a strong communicator with the ability to follow processes and guidelines, manage administrative tasks, and handle conflict management effectively.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Manage and document absences and assist with employee inductions.
  • Handle general administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Take calls and manage communication with staff and external partners.
  • Address and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Ensure HR processes and guidelines are followed within the organisation.
