We are currently seeking a talented Property Solicitor (3-5PQE) to join our clients successful Property team based in Leeds. About the Role:
In this role, you will join a department that specialises in providing advice to private individuals, companies, and trusts. You will have the opportunity to work on mainstream commercial property matters as well as specialist sector teams including rural and estates, charities, social enterprises, education, faith, and transport. The workload can be tailored to your level of experience, and there will be opportunities for growth and development.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling sales and purchases of commercial properties
Advising on non-contentious landlord and tenant matters
Managing secured borrowing and lending transactions
Working on development sites, including ancillary documents
Handling regular property work such as title queries and registration
Opportunity to gain experience in niche areas such as landed estates, trusts, and charities
Requirements:
Solicitor with 3 or more years PQE
Experience and interest in commercial property transactions
Knowledge or interest in niche areas of work would be advantageous but not essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent client relationship skills
Energetic and enthusiastic approach
