Bid Manager

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Manager to join a global utilities services business on a 14 week contract.
As bid manager you will be required to support the unprecedented growth in Smart Utilities Networks by leading and scaling a winning capability in bids.
The Role:
- Management and allocation of the workload to ensure that we receive the responses to allow time for a quality review and any necessary adjustments
- Ensuring all bid documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with the requirements
- Strong written communication skills for crafting clear and compelling bid documents and proposals
- Will be required to craft clear and compelling bid documents and proposals
- Ability to shape proposals into presentations
Requirements:
- Must have a strong written communication skills for crafting clear and compelling bid documents and proposals
- Understand the regulated markets procurement process
- Will be required to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Will be required to work within a team and learn from each bid process and share insight across the organisation.
- Comfortable to present proposal to stakeholders
- Must be confident to develop and implement successful bid strategies
