The Organisation
Our client is a well established facilities management company who are going through a period of growth. Due to this growth, they are seeking a generalist HR Professional who has strong experience with TUPE.
The Role
- Responsible for the end to end management of TUPE transfers.
- This person will be the first point of contact for HR queries.
- Employee lifecycle administration.
- Management of employee relation cases.
- Partner with, and advise, Area Managers on all things People related.
Your Experience
- Ideally you would have worked in a blue collar environment.
- Strong TUPE experience.
- Management of ER cases end to end.
- Experienced in HR lifecycle administration.
- You enjoy in person collaboration - you are not one to shy away from face to face conversations.
- You are solutions focused.
