Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a
Registered Nurse
to join our reputable Clinical Homecare team. This role is field-based, providing one-to-one care to patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medical treatments such as IV infusions, injections, and parenteral nutrition.
- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on helping individuals regain independence and meet their healthcare goals.
- Visit 1-3 patients per day, with travel across the region included as part of your working hours.

Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin and experience as a Registered Nurse.

- A full UK driving license is essential, as extensive travel is part of the role.
