Are you an experienced Credit Controller seeking a new opportunity? A successful and well-established business based near Bromley in the construction sector requires a sole charge Credit Controller to join them permanently. This role is office-based and works in a busy and supportive team. Reporting to the Finance Manager duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Duties of the Credit Controller Role:
- Full credit control payment chasing
- Meet and exceed monthly cash collection and debtor day targets
- Resolution of invoice queries
- Issuing and allocating credit notes
- Credit & Debit card payment processing
- Maintenance of all aspects of the ledger
- Posting and correct allocation of cash receipts against customer accounts
- Sales ledger account reconciliations
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships
Requirements of the Credit Controller Role:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good MS Excel skills
- Experience using Xero Accountancy system
