Role Overview
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will guide buyers through the property process, from inquiries to offers, with no prior experience required. This role focuses on building relationships and delivering first class service.
Trainee Sales Negotiator Core Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for buyers and vendors.
- Conduct property viewings and generate interest.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
- Work towards sales targets and keep up-to-date with the local market.
Trainee Sales Negotiator Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence in building and maintaining relationships.
- Target-driven, with a passion for sales.
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Trainee Sales Negotiator Package
- Salary: £18,500, OTE £30,000.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, with alternate Saturdays.
