As a Customer Service Account Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide excellent customer service both inbound and outbound calls from both UK and international customers
- Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately
- To log/investigate customer complaints promptly and provide an efficient solution
- To arrange logistics and liaise with hauliers
- To make proactive outbound calls to existing UK customer accounts daily
- To account manage existing UK customer accounts – providing regular business and delivery updates, by appointment or calls
To be successful in this role you will have experience providing excellent customer service via phone and email, be a team player and be highly organised.
