Meraki Talent's client is on the lookout for a Business Intelligence Developer to join their team. They're a hugely successful commercial client who are currently investing heavily in the technology across the business.
They're looking for someone who is passionate about BI and is keen to get involved with projects as well as BAU, applying your specialised and detailed technical expertise. Responsibilities for the BI Developer –
- Review and validate customer data, overseeing the deployment of data to the data warehouse in line with timescales
- Perform system analysis on deployed solutions ensuring these align with business requirements and reporting governance principles
- Capture, review and validate reporting requirements translating these into technical requirements to the required standard
- Contribute to and champion the ongoing BI Strategy alongside Business Leaders encouraging end user engagement
Background of the BI Developer –
- Strong hands-on experience using the Microsoft BI Stack – SSIS and SSRS
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL/DAX and SQL environments
- Exposure and knowledge of Database Administration, IT Service Management, Tech Infrastructure and Software Development Lifecycles
- Strong knowledge of Data warehousing concepts
