We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join an industry leading organisation that are going through a period of growth due to continued success!
Their platform is built upon Data Science, Behavioural Insights and Machine Learning and addresses significant challenges for their clients
You'd be joining to provide support to this award winning platform!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for application-related issues, with an emphasis on database management and troubleshooting.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Manage and maintain databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.), ensuring their performance, availability, and security.
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to solve critical database and application issues.
- Perform regular database monitoring, backups, and optimisation to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Document recurring issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve overall system efficiency.
We're looking for an Application Support Analyst who is confident with their SQL ability and is looking to progress further!
