The Person:
You will be articulate with a professional appearance and engaging personality. A positive, energetic, 'cando' approach is essential, as is someone who enjoys a busy environment. You must be confident in working with the public, both face to face and on the telephone.
The Role:
The majority of your day will be spent accompanying applicants and prospective buyers to properties. In addition, time will be spent office based, assisting prospective and existing clients on the telephone and in person, delivering the exceptional customer service which Ashtons is renowned for.
Previous experience / skillset:
- Previous experience in the Estate Agency Industry would be desired but not essential
- Eexperience in a customer service or sales environment
- Good knowledge of the local area is highly desirable
- Good time management and organisational skills are a must!
- The ability to confidently and professionally communicate and conduct viewings with customers looking to purchase properties or land with high value
- IT literate and be able to confidently use all Microsoft Packages
- A valid driving license and own car is essential
Working Hours:
Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Salary:
£12.00 per hour
