Are you looking for a progressive position, where you will play a pivotal role in the company's ongoing success, working throughout the product / project lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of clients, in a hugely varied role, for a company which provides cutting edge bespoke water treatment and process filtration solutions to F&B, Healthcare, the MOD and other industries, and prides itself in it's investment in employees?
The company is an international provider of industrial water treatment solutions and process filtration, working with companies such as Coca-Cola, Rolls Royce and the NHS. They are currently competing with major players, looking to continue their rapid growth whilst remaining agile and innovative.
You will be in a key role, as part of a small but dedicated project team. You will be responsible for all leading on technical aspects of projects (ranging from £5k - £3 million in value) from tender, through design stages, commissioning and execution. You will manage key deliverables, working across multi-functional teams to ensure excellence throughout the process.
The role:
- Initial training period as required
- Work on a range of bespoke projects, from concept to completion for specialist water treatment and processing solutions
- Work throughout the product lifecycle, from tender / bid, through several design stages, design approval, product development, quotations, build faze, commissioning and handover
- Process Engineering on systems and plant equipment to ensure a well-engineered efficient water treatment system including process designs and calculations
- Generate and manage project engineering documents such as PNID's and PFD's
- Define plant layout and installation requirements
- Identify suitable vendors
- Seek opportunities for process improvement
- Site visits as required
The person:
- AutoCAD experience
- Experience either in the Water industry, or a background in Chemical Engineering (Project Engineer, Service Engineer and Commissioning Engineers all suitable)
- Driving License
