We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for an experienced paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing team on a permanent basis. This opportunity will be based full time in the office near Kingston Upon Thames.
Key duties to include:
- Assist senior conveyancers with their caseload from pre-post completion.
- Dealing with exchanges and post-completion duties.
- Raising order searches and pre-contract inquests.
- Using case management system.
- Opening and assessing files.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of one year's previous experience assisting with a residential conveyancing case file.
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- Attentive to small details and excellent communication skills.
Salary is offering £26,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience.
