Job Title: Apprenticeship Skills Tutor – Level 7 Management
Location: South Yorkshire/Nottingham
About the Role:
We are delighted to represent a college group, rated "Good" by Ofsted, with an exciting opportunity as a Level 7 Management Apprenticeship Skills Tutor.
As a Level 7 Management Skills Tutor and Coach, You will support apprentices and employers by delivering high-quality coaching and tutoring. Design and lead inspiring sessions to help learners succeed in their End Point Assessments (EPA). You'll need to travel to apprentice workplaces.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary up to £35,501.
- 25 days of holiday plus public holidays, increasing to 29 days with length of service.
- Automatic enrollment in the College Pension Scheme.
- This position is available until 31st July 2027.
Key Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Skills Tutor- Level 7 Management:
- Deliver engaging teaching sessions.
- Provide coaching and feedback for timely EPA completion.
- Conduct regular reviews with apprentices and employers.
- Support evidence creation for EPA requirements.
- Document learner progress and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with initial assessments and inductions.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and diversity policies.
Requirements of the Apprenticeship Skills Tutor:
- Hold a recognised Assessors and Teachers Award
- Hold a Management Qualification at Level 5 or above
- Strategic management expertise.
- Previous experience in delivering Leadership and Management Apprenticeship standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
