Location: Eastbourne, Car Driver Required due to location

Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour Dependent on experience

Working Pattern: 3 Days per week, 2 days in the office and 1 from home

Duration: 2 months+

Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a talented HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a part-time role to start ASAP.

As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team by assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of HR, enhance your skillset, and contribute to the success of a well-established organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR department, including handling employee records, maintaining HR databases, and processing HR-related documents.
  • Assisting with recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, including organising events, coordinating surveys, and maintaining employee recognition programmes.
  • Assisting in benefits administration, including enrollment, record-keeping, and resolving employee inquiries.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

What we're looking for:

  • A detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with HRIS systems.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
