Locum Family support worker - Agency contract for 6 months or more
Hourly rate £18-£19 per hour (using umbrella paye)
NonStop Social Care is working with a well-established independent fostering agency in Mansfield. I am looking for a family support worker to join their service to help children, young people and families in placement.
The fostering agency is part of a children services provider that has a long history of providing quality social care services to children and young people that are part of the vulnerable group.
The locum family support worker will work on a temporary contract for a couple of months 3-6 months or more and will be an experienced family practitioner that will support families and will be able to help the team with their experience and skills.
Responsibilities
The locum family support worker will be holding a caseload of children and families(mostly families that are in placement). You will support children to step down from residential into fostering or help stabilise existing fostering placement.
Due to this being a locum contract I am expecting the successful person to have a couple of year of experience working with families in a family support role either with local authority or independent practice. The hourly rate displayed £18-£19 will be offered to someone with experience in this field.
Requirements
