An Experienced Financial Services Administrator is required to work for our Clients, a respected and growing firm of Financial Advisers who form part of one of the largest firms of Wealth Managers in the UK. Our Client offers first class training and support and ongoing career development and now require someone to work in an incredibly busy role supporting the Managing Director.
It is essential that those applying for the role come from a strong background supporting a demanding Adviser, and those coming from an SJP background would be of very high interest.
Daily duties will consist of;

Supporting the Managing director

Sending LOA's to client for signature

Processing new business applications

Client valuations & illustrations

Dealing with annual reviews;

Organising

Preparing pre-meeting paperwork

Sending LOA's and requests for information to providers
Candidates should have good knowledge of Pensions & Investments. You will; be familiar with Provider platforms, and those who have used Salesforce are of high advantage.
