HR Advisor opportunity - Hybrid - £35,000 per annum - Altrincham
Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
3 days office, 2 days from home
We are recruiting for a large employer near Altrincham who are seeking a methodical, commercially minded and passionate HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The company are doing extremely well, and you'll be working as part of a talented HR team whilst supporting the wider business (mostly UK but some international work too).
What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own number of HR Cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, absence management, dismissals etc
- Supporting Managers across the business providing pragmatic and legally compliant advice
- Supporting HRBP's with HR projects
- Assisting with onboarding new employees and general HR admin duties (from offer stage onwards)
- Continually looking for ways to improve processes and procedures
- Producing HR reports and presenting back
- Using the HR system, maintaining accurate data
- Supporting employees with any HR queries
What experience are we looking for?
- Previous HR Advisor experience and enjoys handling a varied caseload
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Able to work effectively in a busy and fast paced role and environment
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office, and HR systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Methodical in your approach with problem solving mindset
- CIPD level 5 ideally
