Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in Liverpool City Centre who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis

Package:

  • Salary £26,000 - £30,000
  • Full-time, Permanent
  • 25 days holiday plus BHs

Location: Based in Liverpool City Centre

Job Duties:

  • Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate basis
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Process employee expenses
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Supporting wider finance team internally including reviewing aged debtors
  • Admin/ad hoc duties as required

Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager

When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

  • Experience working within a fast-paced start to end purchase ledger role essential
  • CIS experience essential
  • Sage 50 experience desirable
  • Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
  • Good excel and system skills essential
