With new meeting & event spaces, they are ready to host meetings, events and weddings etc.
Duties
Overseeing the kitchen's day-to-day operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring cleanliness
Preparing dishes, ensuring food quality and freshness, and following recipes
Assisting the head chef with creating, testing, and refining menus
Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff
Ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and handling other administrative duties
