Role: Head of Employee Experience and Engagement

Salary:

£65,000 - £75,000 + bonus

Location:

Central London

Office Based:

Full-time, with occasional site travel across UK.

Reports to:

Managing Director

Direct Reports:

3-4 (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Internal Community)

This role with focus on employee experience, engagement, retention, and attraction, driving culture, and ways of working, rather than traditional operational HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute People strategies to align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create departmental and individual goals.
  • Foster a culture reflecting our values and high employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Resolve employee concerns and conflicts fairly.
  • Design and implement training and development programs.
