Role: Head of Employee Experience and Engagement
Salary:
£65,000 - £75,000 + bonus

Central London
Office Based:
Full-time, with occasional site travel across UK.

This role with focus on employee experience, engagement, retention, and attraction, driving culture, and ways of working, rather than traditional operational HR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set and execute People strategies to align with company goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to create departmental and individual goals.
- Foster a culture reflecting our values and high employee satisfaction.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Resolve employee concerns and conflicts fairly.
- Design and implement training and development programs.
