Accounts Administration Assistant

Contract Personnel are recruiting an experienced Accounts Administration Assistant to join a well-established client. Our client is a small company who rears livestock and are currently expanding their portfolio into feeds.

Your new role

The Accounts Administration Assistant will be required to -

  • Raise purchase orders
  • Place purchase invoices onto supplier statements
  • Inputting sales invoices onto customer statements
  • Data entry – bank transactions, payments and receipts
  • Ensuring documentation is in order, collating and filing efficiently
  • To provide support to the managerial team – general admin and processes
  • Assisting the admin office in admin tasks

What you will need to succeed

Required Skills

  • Experience using accounting packages – Sage or SAP B1 would be advantageous
  • Practical and problem solving nature
  • Openness to learning and development
  • Ability to work alone or in a team
  • Experience and competence of full Microsoft packages
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to precisely follow instructions and also self sufficient
  • Due to location you will be required to drive to work.
