Our client is one of the UK's leading sustainability companies, established for over 30 years, and working with a large variety of blue-chip organisations, the majority of which have worked with the business for ten years plus, through continued and exciting growth plans they are now looking to expand the marketing team.

Package for the Campaign Marketing Manager position:

  • Salary £45,000 - £ 55,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours
  • 22 days holiday + BH rising after 3 years of service to 23 days and 26 days after 5 years, many benefits and committed training, support and development.
  • Location - reasonable commuting distance from Chichester - minimum of 25% of working hours are in the office as part of the company's hybrid working policy

Responsibilities of the Campaign Marketing Manager:

Responsible for developing, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility. This role involves strategic planning, creative execution, and meticulous management of campaigns across all digital channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and email marketing.

Key responsibilities and deliverables:

  • Campaign strategy and planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and support business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and define campaign goals and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Lead generation and management:
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns across
  • Campaign execution:
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as ads, emails, and social media content.
  • Utilise content support to create informative and professional digital content, utilising various mediums such as interviews, videos, ebooks, graphics / illustrations, and other methods to increase engagement.
  • Manage the execution of LinkedIn campaigns, including sponsored content, InMail, and targeted ads.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Performance tracking and reporting:
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign results and effectiveness to stakeholders.
  • Use insights to refine and optimise future campaigns.
  • Website / social media:
  • Implement any campaign related web or social initiatives.
  • Evolve the company website to be a more effective and useful campaign / lead generating resource. Monitor and track analytics (inc. Google Analytics) to better inform our website development.
  • General oversite of website and social media activities to ensure alignment with campaign and general messaging.
  • Event campaign marketing:
  • Work with Events Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns for both virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences.
  • Coordinate with event manager to ensure successful event promotion and execution.
  • Create promotional materials for events, including social media content, email invitations, and event landing pages.
  • Manage event registration processes and follow-up communications with attendees.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Direct Marketing.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, lead generation, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CRM systems (Dynamics).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A strong team player with high personal and professional standards, with a proven track record of managing, developing and motivating more junior staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven track record of quickly building credibility at senior levels, both internally and externally
