Location: Stoke – onsite role
Salary: Up to £35k plus benefits
Our market leader client in the Stoke area is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the team. Ideal experience is 2nd line working on a range of IT Support duties.
IT Support Engineer skills / responsibilities –
- Experience of working in an IT helpdesk environment
- Support end users face to face or virtually
- Resolving user issues
- Managing helpdesk tickets
- Troubleshoot software / hardware issues
- Managing Azure infrastructure
- Supporting Microsoft Windows server technologies
- Supporting SharePoint / Teams and O365
- Windows defender anti – virus
- Installation and configuration of new hardware / software
- Networking
The IT Support Engineer role is a varied / general IT support role, the ideal person for this role will be getting involved in new IT projects and general day to IT support duties.
