We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing Energy and Carbon Consultancy. The Marketing Manager will have responsibility for planning and delivery of all elements of the marketing strategy, which is increasingly based on inbound marketing and lead generation. Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving digital marketing campaigns and lead generation
- Engaging and reporting to internal stakeholders to fulfil successful marketing strategies
- Effectively plan and implement marketing strategies, events and PR
- Manage the creation and development of marketing material
- Manage the design and continual development of digital marketing
- Manage visitor acquisition, conversion and repeat visitor strategies
- Manage/ oversee blog content and social media strategy and activity
- Manage e-mail campaign activity for lead generation and subsequent follow-up activity
- Management and development of existing and new contacts for email campaigns
- Manage and update the website content
- Working alongside and supporting our partner channel and developing shared marketing strategies
- Report on sales lead success and lead generation conversion rate
- Hosting and conducting webinars and follow-up
- Work with the Sales Support Manager who has adopted some elements of marketing responsibility.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experienced in a similar Marketing Manager role
- A deep understanding of digital marketing,
- A proven record of delivering marketing strategies and campaigns,
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement and management,
- A positive 'can do' attitude,
- Knowledge of the energy and carbon industry is desirable
- Degree in marketing is desirable)
