Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience: Previous experience teaching in secondary schools is essential.
- Flexibility: As a supply teacher, you should be adaptable and willing to work across different year groups and subjects.
- Strong Classroom Management: Ability to manage behaviour effectively and create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to fulfilling assignments.
