JRRL are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our client in Westerham.
The new Sales Administrator will be joining a small team and will primarily be responsible for converting warm enquiries to live quotes for external Surveyors and Technicians.
You will be confident to pick up the phone to incoming enquiries, web leads and making follow up calls, perhaps someone who is currently in a telesales role looking for a less pressured environment or a strong customer service advisor confident speaking with clients.
Skills and Experience for the Sales Administrator:
- Good communication skills, numeracy and literacy
- Able to deliver high standards of customer service
- Hard working with a ‘can-do' attitude and prepared to step in to support other administrative office roles when required
- Willing to learn about the industry in order to speak with confidence to prospective and existing customers
- Flexible and able to work as part of a team and independently when required
- Ready to "muck in" within a small office environment
- Min 1 Year Telephone and Sales Administration experience.
- Strong telephone manner/ excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience dealing with reactive/ planned maintenance would be desirable.
- Numerate, with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
- Answer incoming calls and transfer where appropriate
- Follow up web enquiries, internally created leads and incoming phone calls to optimise sales leads
- Take job requests and log them on our computer system
- Call existing clients following up on quotations by the Surveyors
- Accurately create and update quotes on CRM / Salesforce
- Proof-read and issue quotations
