Provide technical and functional support for business systems related to Revenues and Benefits. The focus of this role will be in relation to the Revenue functions of the service.
Liaise with software suppliers and support system development and implementation.
Manage batch processing routines and ensure data integrity across systems.
Handle interfaces between various internal and external systems, including council tax and benefits systems.
