Business Development Executive (Field Base) North of England, Scotland or Wales

We are recruiting for 3 BDEs based in areas that could cover the North West and North East of England, Scotland or Wales.

We're looking for BDE's who is passionate for the role of technology in the financial services industry. The business prides itself on being at the forefront of the fintech world by providing a myriad of advanced payment methods whilst continuously endeavoring to optimise the experience for both our merchants and their clients.

The BDE need to be experienced in generating new sales in the UKand to market and position the business as a market leader in their field.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with Marketing to promote the company and win new sales.
  • Self-generate leads and sales appointments through existing client databases and proactively research the market.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Produce high quality professional material for client presentations.
  • Generate weekly sales plans.
  • Report on sales plans on a weekly basis.
  • Support at exhibitions and training courses as and when needed.
  • Developing the UK Sales strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Conduct client research.
  • Contributing to, and developing, sales plans and strategies.
  • Evaluating sales campaigns.
  • Monitoring competitor activity.
  • Supporting the CRO and CEO.
  • Work with Marketing to utilise all communication channels, ATMIA, Socials & Trade press

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Experience of sales
  • SME experience is important with flexibility around working hours
  • Understanding of payment solutions, card payment and business banking other solutions
  • Experience of building and maintaining complex IT relationships
  • A proven track record in lead generation and account management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, research, and experience in developing business strategy.
  • Self-motivated, driven, focused and a team player.
