This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives working in a full 360 recruiter role, alongside managing some really interesting project work, proactively working with the team to develop talent pools and building an insightful recruitment strategy to ensure the business is attracting top talent.?
It's a typical creative environment, really fast-paced and relationship-focused. You'll be someone who loves getting to know a business and working really closely with managers offering hands-on support and coaching.
Ideal candidate must come from a creative space, and have extensive stakeholder management experience, as well as value add wider project work around EVP, sourcing, talent attraction and EDI.
This role is based in London and requires 3 days in the office.
