Production / Packing Line Team Leader / Supervisor - VIP Customer Product Packaging

Looking for an experienced production or packing line Team Leader to help supervise, motivate, and train a team of approximately 25 people.
Candidates for this role must be able to work quickly and be well organised, able to monitor workers and ensure the production line runs efficiently to quality standards and deal with any issues.
Applicants require previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a similar fast pace, professional Just In Time (JIT) methodology environment.
Due to the products, this is a high security site. If successful on interview, you will go through an enhanced background check, this will include up to 7 years of work experience referencing and credit checks.
We will not be able to consider any candidates with CCJ's, IVA's or Criminal Records.
Candidates must live within a reasonable commute to Wembley and be able to speak English fluently.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Standard hours are Mon - Friday 9AM - 5PM
