An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as an Operations Administrator. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Ideally, you have worked in the Audio/Visual sector
As the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Consider labour required and if applicable, negotiate pricing for the work
- Check site minutes for dates/changes to work required
- Arrange access times, access equipment and permits (if required)
- Purchase equipment and/or arrange delivery with Warehouse
- Issue Health & Safety documentation to contractors and customers head office
- Keep customers/shopfitters/ account managers up to date with progress and troubleshoot problems on site
- Raise purchase orders for sub contract labour, facilitate work sheets and job completion ready for billing
- Update the call history using the in-house Optim/IR system and Verisae
- Facilitate customers computer systems, keeping records up to date and providing assistance to other team members on troubleshooting operating problems

The successful Operations Administrator will have the following related skills / experience
- Good communication skills and a pleasant customer focused attitude
- A working knowledge of A/V installations with some technical knowledge
- Good organisational skills
- Good computer skills
- Good problem solving skills
