Berry Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a busy manufacturing business based in King's Lynn. This role operates on a 3-shift rotation basis.
**Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in running the production lines, ensuring all products meet the required standards
- Perform quality checks
- Input data within the production area (basic IT skills required)
- Carry out general factory and production duties
- Engage in manual physical work
- Work across Days, Afternoons, and Night shifts
**Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to work all three shifts (Days, Afternoons, and Nights)
- Flexibility to adapt to a potential 7-day rotary shift pattern
