HR Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of HR administration experience, looking to further their skills in a supportive environment. While no payroll experience is necessary, a keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential. Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist with HR duties including maintaining highly confidential, prompt, accurate, and efficient service to staff, the Board, and external agencies.
- Manage HR system updates, maintain staff records, and ensure timely filing.
- Handle new starter and leaver administration.
- Support payroll administration including salary changes, bonus payments, and personal detail updates.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits and absence management.
- Produce various HR-related documents throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Respond to HR and payroll queries, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain training records and ensure data security in compliance with GDPR.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
