We are looking for an enthusiastic 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our leading client, a very successful and ambitious IT support and solutions provider, on a permanent basis. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be joining a thriving business that really value their staff and provide excellent career development and training opportunities.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be based at this organisation's head office, in Skelmersdale, and will focus on escalated support cases. The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will have been in IT support for at least a couple of years, and will have a genuine passion for tech and desire to progress.
