HR Business Partner

£33.55 per hour Umbrella
ARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a existing team to lead a large scale TUPE transfer.
The Role:
- Provide strategic and day-to-day HR leadership to the business to help drive delivery of the HR Strategy
- Develop and maintain effective channels of communication, consultation and negotiation between management
- Analyse, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people management strategies, in liaison with across the HR service
- Develop and lead on organisational design and change management programmes, in conjunction with the other teams in the HR Service
- Lead on escalated and complex casework, investigations and employee relation matters (including Appeals) and provide professional HR advice and support to Senior Managers.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in TUPE on a large scale
- Advanced knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes
- Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret policies/procedures in a pragmatic way to solve organisational and individual problems
- Must hold a relevant degree or equivalent
