Your new role
You will be responsible for being the point of contact for customers both internal and external, monitoring product availability, processing quotations, maintaining customer contracts, keeping pricing information up to date, contacting customers to provide updates, monitoring the daily invoice query report and general administrative duties. The hours for the position are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous administration and customer service experience, have strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.
What you'll get in return
