Description
- Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payment runs.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Profile
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
