The Role
Due to ongoing growth the team are now seeking a Creative Producer to drive the creative ideas process developing solutions and proposals with new and existing clients. Responsibilities will include:
- Taking and interrogating client briefs
- Creating innovative full-service event solutions and content in line with the brief
- Building out client facing proposals alongside designers
- Working with internal departments to bring together solutions
- Researching and negotiating with suppliers
- Managing costings and ensuring proposals are on budget
- Pitching to both new and existing clients
- Finalising concepts and ideas against the brief
- Managing a Proposal Manager and guiding the growth of the team
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have agency experience working in creative producer or creative director capacity. Candidates will have a solid knowledge of full-service event production and proven experience in the development of innovative, 'out of the box' solutions, concepts and content as well as hands on pitching experience. Any background in creating design led proposals (utilising Canva or similar) would be an added benefit. This role would suit an experience event producer who is looking to take a step away from hands on and onsite event delivery.
