Role Objective

Join the dynamic Branded Sales Business Development Team and play a key role in unlocking strategic commercial opportunities to drive sustained growth within our Brand division. You will be instrumental in crafting and delivering compelling internal and external presentations, and you will support with the implementation of commercial projects and events. Additionally, you will manage operational processes that enhance support for both international and domestic customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present internal sales presentations, including Brand sales summary and EPOS reports.
  • Participate in meetings with new and existing customers online and in person.
  • Prepare and present pricing and business terms to new and existing customers.
  • Attend networking events including conferences and trade shows.
  • Research and identify strategic commercial opportunities in new and existing markets in conjunction with Business Development Manager.
  • Understand sales KPIs and work with Business Development Manager to achieve KPIs by Brand and by Customer.
  • Regular updates to pricelist and clearance list in accordance with business direction.
  • Develop and maintain a list of current and prospective customers.
  • Update and manage forecasts with Business Development Manager.
  • Manage product set up process including but not limited to New Line Forms.
  • Coordinate events including conferences and territory visits in conjunction with Business Development Manager and wider team.
  • Manage Registration process for International customers, including documentation management.
  • Manage over labelling process for International customers.
  • Support in NPD process for Off Price International customers.
  • Process sample orders for Brand Business Development Managers.

  • Proficient and comfortable at understanding trends, analytics and analysis, to produce required stats and ad-hoc reports.

Qualifications:

  • Industry experience of working with FMCG brands, with a preference for those in the health and beauty industry. However, relevant experience from other sectors will also be considered.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office systems including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Requirements:

  • Full Driving Licence
  • Commutable within one hour of Peterborough Head Office
