The ideal Year 4 Teacher will have experience planning lessons for KS2 pupils following the national curriculum. As a Year 4 Teacher at this ‘Good' primary school you will be an integral part of the KS2 team who have achieved outstanding results in pupil progression over the last few years.

As a Year 4 Teacher you will be tasked with planning creative and engaging lessons for eager KS2 pupils who love to learn. This ‘Good' primary school in Dudley does a lot of work within the community and actively encourage pupils' parents to get involved with school activities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Year 4 Teacher as you will receive outstanding support from the schools headteacher as begin your journey as a Year 4 Teacher. The headteacher has been with the school for many years and consistently achieves fantastic results across the board.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups
  • Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
  • Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives.
