CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

Salary £24,000 Kingston-Upon-Thames

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will answer enquiries relating to product information and action daily administrative tasks. coordinate & manage end to end the receipt, processing, and dispatch of prescriptions for controlled drugs.

Main duties:

  • Answering phone calls regarding customer queries and product information
  • Main customer contact for products and payments
  • Counting daily orders received and logging
  • Addressing emails
  • End of month duties for audit count
  • Carrying out administrative tasks relating to Import/Export
  • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated person
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Recording details of enquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken
  • Communicating and co-coordinating with internal departments

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Keep lead times as short as possible from receipt of order to dispatch
  • Responding to queries within the hour
  • All delivery dates have been confirmed back within an hour of confirmation of order
  • Monitoring emails on a daily basis
  • Contacting the customer before they contact the company in regards to orders
  • All customers contacted on the day

The successful applicant should have:

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience of managing self in a proactive way
  • Desirable experience of interacting with customers and working as a member of a team
  • GCSE or equivalent level
  • Numerate (GCSE or equivalent level maths)
  • IT literate
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Experience of using SAP would be an advantage
  • Accurate keyboards skills
  • Logical approach
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritise and plan effectively
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to prioritise work
  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Team player, service orientated, supportive and innovative.
  • Organised person who is able to prioritise their workload
