Exciting Research Scientist position within the in-vivo team of a world-leading bio-pharmaceutical company that specialises in developing novel therapeutics for auto-immune and neurodegenerative conditions.
As a Characterisation Scientist you will utilise a variety of techniques to support the analysis of novel protein therapeutics and biochemicals to determine their structure and function. You will support characterization packages using HPLC/UPLC, iCE, electrophoresis, as well as higher order techniques such as CD and FTIR. In addition to this, you will contribute to aspects of regulatory submissions, technical procedure and reports.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A BSc/MSc in a relevant degree plus 1-3 years laboratory experience
- Experience with HPLC/UPLC
- Excellent knowledge of protein chemistry
- Experience troubleshooting analytical methods
