Are you an Estimator or similar with experience in Material Take offs looking to progress into a varied, customer facing role for a family-feel company, offering a truly diverse and engaging position coordinating large scale projects, with ongoing tailored training plans to progress your skill set?
In this role you will be primarily office-based and acting as the glue between the customer and the internal departments, coordinating the sales process for a range of projects. This will involve looking at tender packages to analyse the drawings, performing material take offs then preparing quotations, with ongoing training given in the team.
Founded 70 years ago, this family-run manufacturer pride themselves on their extremely low turnover of staff and their continued success at the top in their specialist sector. They are looking to continue their organic growth with the addition of this new role.
This role would suit an Estimator or similar looking to join a company where they will be continuously developed and moulded into a Project/Sales Coordinator, in a customer facing position.
The Role:
- Liaising with customers, contractors and internal departments to process sales
- Analysing technical drawings, performing material take offs, and preparing quotes
- Ongoing training given through shadowing in house and room to progress in the business
- Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, finish at 1pm on Friday
The Person:
- Estimator or similar
- Experience in Material Take offs (MTO)
- Local to Romsey
