Based in Uddingston we have two teams that support both Scotland and Ireland and have built-up long-standing working relationships with many of our clients. You are in safe hands - we are a very experienced apprenticeship employer and have employed at least 10 apprentices over the last few years.

Vacancy Description:

You will be part of a wider office environment who provide professional recruitment services to a range of clients, you will also be providing support to consultants for the live roles they are working on.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced, people centric environment, you would be working out of our head office in Uddingston.

  • You will become a key digital support staff member, for all staff working collaboratively across the resourcing team. This will include processing standard requests, engaging with candidates regarding live roles, formatting CV's & reference checks.
  • In this role you will become an expert user in Firefish our CRM system. You will have an advanced level of access to provide information requests, update candidate and client details, investigate issues and queries and ensure compliance documents are checked and filed in the system.
  • You will work collaboratively across the teams being the first point of contact to support others in the organisation to understand specific features of this packages, and how to use them for record keeping, finance requirements & reference checks.
  • You will be given access to Microsoft SharePoint, allowing you to manage and support requests relating to reports and collaborate on shared documents.
  • You will become a super user in Firefish over the duration of your apprenticeship, leading to an expert level of knowledge which you will be required to share with other end users across the organisation.
  • You will be proficient in all the Microsoft Office Suite. Using this suite, you will contribute to reporting for incoming client files, CV Formatting and sharing documents with consultants through share drive.
  • Using digital platforms such as LinkedIn to source candidates from various disciplines for consultants live roles.

Additional Information:

  • Salary - £16,000 per annum
  • Working hours - 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm 1hr lunch

  • Option to progress onto full time role after apprenticeship completion and performance review to move into a successful career in recruitment.
